About RTT
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) was founded by the world-renowned, award-winning Hypnotherapist, Speaker, and Best-Selling Author, Marisa Peer. After 30 years of practicing hypnotherapy and testing countless tools and techniques, Marisa developed a unique formula that produced the most rapid and lasting results. Her groundbreaking method has helped many people, including celebrities, politicians, and even royalty, and in 2016, she began teaching RTT to students worldwide.
In 2018, Marisa won a Gold Stevie Award for her RTT method, recognising her incredible impact as both a therapist and businesswoman.
Unlike other therapies that focus on symptoms, RTT works to address the root cause of issues. Anxiety, lack of motivation, relationship struggles etc. stem from deeply ingrained self-limiting beliefs. RTT takes you back to the source of these beliefs, allowing us to pinpoint exactly what's holding you back.
During an RTT session, we revisit scenes from your past where we’ll discover the common link between the scenes and how they’ve shaped your current circumstances. With my guidance, you’ll gain a new perspective on these events, transforming the way you feel about them, so that they will no longer affect you the way they once did. From there, we focus on empowering you to adopt new, positive beliefs and behaviours, keeping your sights firmly on the life you want—a life that’s no longer by default, but by design.
After the first session of RTT you’ll leave feeling noticeably lighter, brighter and free.

Rapid Transformational Therapy
Psychologist/Talk Therapy
-
Works with new and old trauma and events.
-
It focusses more on the issue than the solutions. Particularly after a traumatic event, it's time to focus on talking, not solutions.
-
It's a softer, slower approach.
-
A psychologist will work with you over weeks/months/years, working at your own pace and allowing you to work things out in your own time.
-
In RTT we use a range of techniques in each session, whereas a psychologist will spend multiple sessions talking, before moving on to 1 technique that they will try for the following weeks to come.
-
Appointments are usually once a week.
-
Appointments are usually 1 hour.
Pros
-
It's great for people that have recently been through a traumatic event or that are struggling heavily with their mental health, or simply find it hard to open up and to trust people.
-
Almost anyone can be seen by a psychologist and a psychiatrist can coincide with appointments if you're in need of medication.
-
Psychologists have different areas of expertise and will share valuable insights with you within those areas.
Cons
-
Progress is slow, and results may take weeks or months.
-
As sessions are only 1 hour, there is a lot of repetition and wasted time. Time will be spent greeting and going through the past week's events each time before any real progress is made.
-
Some therapists would rather you be reliant on them instead of yourself, to keep you coming back for long periods of time.
-
There can be long waiting times to start treatment.
