What is Hypnosis?Hypnosis is the process of your mind going into a state of trance. In hypnosis, you become completely absorbed as your brain waves slow down and you enter your subconscious mind. This relaxed state naturally quietens the critical mind, making you more open to absorbing positive suggestions. About 10% of the population are highly suggestible and stage show hypnotists will use this for entertainment. Whilst we both use hypnosis as a tool, this is where the similarities end. What is the same is that in hypnosis you cannot be made to do anything that you do not want to do.
-
What does Hypnosis feel like in RTT?As you enter hypnosis, your focus shifts from the outside world to your inner world. For most, it feels like a calm conversation with your eyes closed, where memories and details become more vivid. You’ll remain fully aware of yourself, whilst becoming completely absorbed, often sharing your story as if we’re both hearing it for the first time. Afterwards, you may feel a profound sense of relief and comfort, having released built-up emotions, which is a truly freeing and soothing experience.
-
Can I get stuck in Hypnosis? You can’t get stuck in hypnosis; simply opening your eyes will bring you back to your full awareness. When you feel safe and relaxed, you might find it hard to open your eyes because your mind is enjoying the journey. But if you ever feel uncomfortable or uneasy, your mind will happily wake you up right away.
-
Can you make me do something that I don't want to do?The answer is no! Hypnosis only works for the things you want. If I say something really unusual or out of place, your mind will naturally bring you back to full awareness right away. You’re always in control.

What is RTT?Rapid Transformational Therapy is a deeply personal experience that guides you back to scenes from your past, revealing self-limiting beliefs that shaped your outlook. These beliefs often drive the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that no longer serve you. By returning to where these beliefs began, we can transform them into positive, empowering ones, opening the door to a new, joyful way of living. RTT is your key to lasting change and a brighter, more fulfilling life!
-
How is RTT different from other therapy?Rapid Transformational Therapy is a unique and truly transformative approach. As the name suggests, RTT creates change quickly, helping you experience profound shifts within the first session. Unlike traditional talk therapy, RTT sessions are longer and typically spaced every four weeks, allowing time for you to listen to your personalised recording between sessions, deepening your transformation. Before each hypnotherapy session, we’ll have an Intake Session to explore where your challenges may have begun. In the hypnotherapy session, you’ll be gently guided to uncover insights and answers within yourself. RTT is different because it’s specific and focused on providing answers you may have been seeking for years. Each session uses a blend of tools and techniques, guiding you through emotions and memories that help you release and heal. The result? You’ll leave feeling lighter, more empowered, and ready to step forward into a brighter, freer life.
